December is currently partying on movies trailers. The studios are leaving no stone unturned to make this year’s Christmas fruitful. After Guardians of Galaxy Vol. 2, Transformers 5, Fifty Shades Darker, Paramount pictures released the new Baywatch movie trailer. The movie is adapted from 1999 hit series by the same name. Back then Pamela Anderson and her crew ruled the small screen. But the creators rebooted it for the big screen. Paramount is now releasing the most awaited film well ahead of Memorial Day 2017 weekend.
Dwayne Johnson ‘Rocks’ the movie in style
Dwayne Johnson ‘The Rock’ is back again after his animated film Moana became box office hit. He will be playing the role of Mitch Buchannon, the leader of Lifeguards at a California beach. Earlier, the role was played by David Hasselhoff in the TV series. Though, Pamela Anderson and Hasselhoff will be making special appearances in the movie. Moreover, new Baywatch movie trailer also showcases Zac Efron who is playing the role of Matt Broody. The same role was earlier played by David Charvet in the original Baywatch TV series. Zac’s character is a kind of a ripped guy with blonde hairs, who confronts Mitch in no-nonsense talks.

The new Baywatch movie trailer shows how Mitch and Matt get along while creating funny mess. Along with that, some of the sexy co-stars in the movie will make the movie R-Rated. Alexandra Daddario, Quantico’s Priyanka Chopra and Ilfenesh Hadera of Billions will feature along with the male artist. Apart from that, the trailer sets a kind of cozy tone in the film. Storyline sets a new for Baywatch
The Baywatch movie trailer sets the storyline which revolves around a local criminal that threatens the future of the bay. Zac Efron plays an Olympic medal-winning swimmer who joins Mitch’s team so that he can perform the community services. He is made to do the service due to his amateurish behavior. The new reboot will resemble to the Baywatch TV show and to some extent it may also consume the tone of 21 Jump Street. The movie is quite a fun, hilarious and nicely blended with action. By watching the new trailer it is quite explainable about the events.
Baywatch new trailer, funky chemistry of Johnson and Efron
The movie is directed by Seth Gordon who has previously given hits like, Horrible Bosses and Identity Thief. Watching the new Baywatch movie trailer, there is a small resemblance of Jump Street, where Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill chemistry was vague and funny. Same kind of relationship is seen between Johnson and Efron. Besides this, the trailer promises much more from the TV series. While Seth has blended every element into the movie like romance, comedy, raunchy jokes etcetera. Hopefully, Baywatch will deliver the promise that the fans are expecting and sweep away the awards like the TV series did.
Now that the Baywatch movie trailer is released, Paramount Pictures first scheduled release of the movie on May 19, 2017, which was previously set for Terminator Genisys’ sequel. In order to avoid any competition with Alien: Covenant, Paramount pushed the release date back one week to May 26, 2017.
