Last Night, A controversy shocked the industry as the Self-Proclaimed Movie-Critic Kamaal R Khan being caught in the phone recording saying that Karan Johar paid him 25 Lacs to criticise Ajay Devgn’s upcoming movie ‘Shivaay’ as the movie is clashing with Karan Johar’s upcoming ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma.
Ajay Devgn also shared the phone recording by Shivaay Producer ‘Kumar Mangat’ in which KRK allegedly caught saying that Karan Johar paid him 25 lacs to criticise Shivaay:

Lobbying in Bollywood in not new, but it hasn’t come out in public, unlike this time. However now KRK has denied the allegations saying that Johar never paid him anything, but KRK admitted to taking the money in a taped telephonic conversation with Ajay’s business partner, Kumar Mangat.
He Tweeted saying that:
Let me clear it. Karan Johar has never paid me or asked me to bash #Shivaay n you can hear it in the tape. I said 25 Lakhs to avoid Kumar.

Kumar+Ajay offered me money to bash #AeDilHaiMushkil as he is offering in the tape also but I refused. I told them that I will do it free.

Kamaal R Khan also called a press conference to present his arguments and keeping his views. He announced this on twitter saying that:
My press conference today at 5pm at my office 7/70, mahada, Andheri West, where I will give detailed reply for all allegations of Ajay Devgn

Now we are waiting for the further clarifications from KRK side but this controversy had once again presented a dark image of the industry and after this controversy, Karan Johar and ‘Ae Dil hai Mushkil’ team hasn’t given any clarification. So Now we are looking forward towards how this war will end.
