It is to notify all the candidates who are interested in appearing in the IIT JEE Advanced 2017 examination that Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the important dates for the IIT JEE Advanced 2017. According to the notification released, the examination is scheduled to be conducted on May 21, 2017 by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras, this year.
The IIT JEE Advanced is the second phase of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). The eligible and interested candidates can appear in the examinations two times in consecutive years. An important decision has also been taken by the HRD Ministry to not take the class 12 marks of the students into consideration while admitting them to the undergraduate engineering courses.

Commencement of the Online Application: From the fourth week of April 2017
Availability of Admit Card: From the second week to the fourth week of May 2017
Scheduled JEE Advanced 2017 Examination Date: May 21, 2017
Displaying of ORS and Scanned Responses: In the first week of June 2017
Release of Answer Keys Online: In the second week of June 2017
Feedback and comments on answer keys can be submitted by the Candidates: From the second week of June 2017
Expected Date of Announcement of Results: In the third week of June 2017
The IIT JEE Advanced is a national level examination that is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) every year to admit students to the undergraduate courses at various IIT institutions located at Bhubaneswar, Delhi, Bombay, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad, Indore, Guwahati, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Mandi, Madras, Kharagpur, Palakkad, Ropar, Roorkee, Patna, Tirupati, Banaras Hindu University (IIT-BHU) Varanasi and Indian School of Mines (ISM) Dhanbad for the academic session 2017.
The candidates from India and abroad can apply for the examination.
