15 June 2016: In a shocking incident, a CRPF Jawan Hemant Kumar 25 year old, Head constable was found dead lying in a pool of blood in a bathroom at the ground floor of the CRPF headquarter today morning at 10 AM, at Lodhi road in Delhi.
According to the source, Hemant Kumar has committed suicide by shooting himself from a personal weapon pistol at the headquarter today morning.
The officials said that the Jawan has been working in the public relation cell force. He was assigned for the morning duty when this tragic incident took place.
As per the reports, Hemant Kumar has joined the force in 2012 who has been working in the public relation cell force since 2012 has today shot himself from his personal pistol that he have bought for himself.
The sources said that, soon after the Gunshot was heard by the other teams in the well secured headquarter, the troops members reached the spot and found that the Jawan was lying dead in a pool of blood.
Soon after the incident, the senior officials also rushed to the spot, said the officials.
The officials also added that this is for the first time that such suicide incident took place inside the CRPF Headquarter.
