LeEco Le Pro 3 launched: LeEco has finally entered the US with the launch of Le Pro 3. It is the company’s latest flagship device which was launched in China about a month ago. The phone has been priced at $399 and is up for pre-order. If you pre-order, you get a $100 waiver on the price. Cool, isn’t it?
Let us have a look at what does this phone has under the hood.
It comes with a 5.5-inches Full HD IPS LCD display with a pixel density of 401ppi. The Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protects the 2.5D curved glass surface.
It comes with the latest, top of the line processor – quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 which is clocked up to 2.2 GHz. This is the same processor which powers the Pixel smartphones.
The GPU on board is the Adreno 530, the best one out there right now.
It comes in 4 variants. 4 GB RAM with 32/64 GB ROM and 6 GB RAM with 64/128 GB ROM. There is no expansion slot available.
On the camera front, it has a 16 MP (PDAF, f/2.2, dual-LED flash) camera on the rear coupled with an 8 MP (f/2.2) selfie shooter.
It runs on heavily customised eUI 5.8 UI which is based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Communication will not be a problem as it comes with Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Hotspot, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C support and even Infrared.
It comes loaded with features for example fingerprint sensor and fast charging.
The Le Pro 3 comes with a massive 4070 mAh non-removable Li-Ion battery.
The phone has a price tag of $399 and as we mentioned earlier, preorder buyers can avail an additional $100 discount (via LeMall) which brings the price further down to a mere $299. It is indeed a bargain at this price point along with the hardware that the phone offers.
This dual SIM phone with support for VoLTE will be offered in Gold and Gray colour variants. It can become yours with the flash sale that will start on November 2 at 8pm PDT. It will face direct competition from the likes of OnePlus 3 and Huawei Honor 8.
