Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot: The 15th match of IPL season 9, 2016 played in Rajkot and the winner is the Sunrisers Hyderabad. With an easy win batted by Warner and Shikhar Dhawan won the match against Gujarat team with easily chased the target of 135 runs and 0 wickets down.
The man of the match goes to Bhuvneswar Kumar taking 4 wickets and have led the team to victory.
In the first Innings, Gujarat Lions is on strike and enters Finch and Brendon on the crease ball by Bhubaneswar Kumar. On the first over itself, he took his first wicket; Finch was bowled out. Then enters Raina, both the batsmen handle the situation very well and quickly their partnership reach to 50 runs. But then Brendon McCollum is caught out in Bipul Sharma ball. Then Dinesh Karthik, Dwayne Bravo is out too. Now enters Jadeja and along with Raina both the batsmen have to lead the team scores to 100 runs in 15th over. Then wickets fall starting from Jadeja, after few overs Raina, Akshdeep Nath and Steyn in the same over of Bhuvneshwar. And finally, Gujarat Lions have scored the target for 135 runs in 8 wickets.
In the second Innings, Sunrisers Hyderabad will chase the target of 136 runs. Enters Warner and Dhawan into the crease. Warner is a very clever batsman and with his great performance team is leading towards the winning score and by the 10th over SRH scores 100 runs. Now Warner had his half century in just 29 balls and finally with a striking four, Warner has led the team to win the match without any fall of wickets. SRH won the 15th IPL season 9 match by 10 wickets.
