Rahul Gandhi attacked Pm Modi over his raincoat remark for Congress former PM

During a joint press conference with Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav, Rahul again took potshot on Modi while addressing media for the raincoat comment he made on his predecessor Manmohan Singh.

“Unhe logon ke bathroom me jhaankna accha lagta hai”(he likes peeking into people’s bathroom), Gandhi said.

He also attacked Modi over demonetization and unemployment while saying that most pressing issue in UP today is unemployment of the youth, PM had promised two crore job to youth but he has failed to fulfill his promise.

Gandhi was addressing reporters in the second joint press conference with Akhilesh Yadav who is chief ministerial face of ongoing UP elections for SP-Congress alliance. Both parties released a joint of  ten commitments to people of Uttar Pradesh.

The duo has offered free smart phones, 20 lakh youth skill training, Loan waiver for farmers, Cheap power to farmers, 33 percent reservation for women in government jobs.

Reacting over the question of Modi’s threat of revealing the janampatri of the Congress, Rahul said, “I know he loves to read janampatris. He still has two-and-a-half-years, he must reveal the janampatri.”
