On the fears of Cash crunch, the producers and stars of the movie were scared of the weaker performance of the movie on the box-office. But ‘Dear Zindagi’ movie proved all the predictors and such fears wrong. The movie started on the good note at the box-office and showed a tremendous increase in its collection over the weekend.
The movie sees a very little impact of cash crunch on its BO collection.
Unlike the previous movies, like Rock On 2, Tum Bin 2 which failed to attract the audience, finally, slander the movie’s weaker performance on the government’s demonetization move. But in between Joh Abraham and Sonakshi Sinha starrer ‘Force 2’ received decent collection at the box-office.
Alia Bhatt-Shah Rukh Khan starrer dear Zindagi received positive audience reviews and mixed reviews from the movie critics. This might had led to the movie goers to hit the theatres.

So despite the cash crunch, the movie succeeds to attract the audience and as the result being a non-commercial movie has got a decent collection over the weekend. The collection in weekdays is said to fall down but can stay steady as another crime-drama movie of Vidya Balan, ‘Kahaani 2’ is set to release this Friday.
Dear Zindagi is directed by ‘English Vinglish’ director Gauri Shinde and the chemistry of Shah Rukh and Alia Bhatt received all the appreciations and the thing to watch out in the movie. Also Acting potential of Alis Bhatt has all the appreciations from the audience and critics as well.
