But for the people, who are planning to keep fasts on the festival, are suggested to keep their fasts on Thursday i.e. 25th of August. To perform the Pooja and other rituals, the best time is from 12:00 midnight to 12:45am.
People can have the Prasad after the pooja is done i.e. after 12:45am but for Parana, they will have to wait until 26th of August at 10:52am.
