Like we know, Karan Johar’s upcoming film is full of glitterati and now, he has dropped another curtain and confirmed that Shah Rukh Khan will also be seen in the film in a cameo role. The film is getting more and more alluring day by day. We will see Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma in the leads. Along with them, Fawad Khan will also be seen spreading the sparkles on screen.
Karan Johar confirmed the news at the Toronto International Film Festival, where he said, “Shah Rukh and I have an amazing working rapport. I haven’t directed a film with him in the last seven years, but he did a scene for me recently in a film that is going to release in Diwali and after seven years when I directed him, I realised nothing had changed. He knew exactly what I was expecting of him and I knew exactly what he was going to do.”
According to the latest buzz, Aishwarya will be playing the role of a poet in the film. Her husband would die early in the film. And speculations suggest that Shah Rukh Khan will be playing the role of her husband. First of all, this role was supposed to be played by Saif Ali Khan but later, Shah Rukh was roped in by Johar for the role. The film focuses on friendships, love, and heartbreaks.
Kajol won’t be a part of KJo’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil
We won’t see Kajol in the film, who was seen in almost every Karan Johar’s film. Kajol’s husband, Ajay Devgan’s upcoming film ‘Shivaay’ is also going to be released on the same day and both the films are expected to go side by side. Both the films will be releasing on 28th of October near Diwali.
There are a lot of expectations from both the films. Recently, Ajay Devgan had alleged that Karan Johar paid KRK to promote his film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and slam Ajay’s Shivaay. In support of his allegations, he even posted a voice recording of KRK in which he said that he got money. While Karan Johar decided not to comment on the controversy.
