NSUI Students burn effigy of Modi: NSUI students burnt the effigies of PM Narendra Modi and Amit Shah on Dussehra at the JNU Campus. Narendra Modi was being called “The Ravana” by the students. They said the effigies were burnt since the centre had failed to complete its promises.
While the entire country was celebrating an anti-terrorism Dussehra, the NSUI students opted to set ablaze the effigies of the Indian PM as a token of “disrespect”.
