Befikre Box Office Collection: Aditya Chopra’s Befikre ended 1st week of release this Thursday with a collection almost 50 crores.
It couldn’t make extraordinary business at the Box Office. Although the film had earned well on its opening weekend, its collection witnessed a gradual downfall with each passing day.
While the weekend was decent and Monday was above par owing to the partial holiday, the film has seen much bigger than expected drops on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at the box office. After earning Rs 10.36 crore on its first day at the domestic market it had collected Rs 11.60 crore on Saturday, Rs 12.47 crore on Sunday, taking its first-weekend business to Rs 34.43 crore.
Befikre Box Office Collection: 1st Week Ends Inches Away From 50 crore
Befikre’s earning witnessed a heavy dip on Monday as it collected Rs 5.20 crore on its fourth day. The business of the movie continued to fall in the subsequent days with collections of Rs 3.59 crore on Tuesday and Rs 3.02 crore on Wednesday, taking its six days total earning to Rs 46.24 crore nett at the Indian box office.
The movie earned 2.50 crore on its first Thursday.
In spite of being much costlier than Dear Zindagi and Udta Punjab, the first week business of Befikre is similar to both the films and that gives an estimate about the appreciation of the film. The second weekend will be crucial for the film since it can decide its fate at the box office.
