Dangal Box Office Collection: Aamir Khan’s Dangal has been thriving the cinema halls in India and around the globe. The movie was released on 23rd December and had a phenomenal start at the box office. Although, people were comparing Dangal with Salman Khan’s Sultan right from the time it aired. Seems like nobody needs to answer it now, the movie is defending itself.
Christmas and new year leaves can be attributed for staggering collections. The film collected Rs 29.78 crore on Friday, Rs 34.82 crore on Saturday, Rs 42.35 crore on Sunday. It must be noted that the film has done a business of 105.34 in its opening weekend and topped it off with a brilliant Monday and Tuesday collections of Rs 25.48 crore and 23.07 crores respectively.

Dangal has been doing an exceptional business in the overseas market as well. As per reports, the film has raked in Rs 76 crore so far. While Dangal already did a business of Rs 200 crore worldwide, the film is expected to garner Rs 300-350 crore as lifetime collection. And that would leave us wondering if Dangal can start new Rs 400-crore club for Hindi films?

As of now, films domestic earnings has already crossed Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Rustom, Housefull 3, Airlift. Trade sources have confirmed that it is going to be the highest earning Hindi film in Tamil Nadu and Kerela.
Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film stars Sakshi Tanwar, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra along with Aamir. The film tells the real-life story of Mahavir Singh Phogat who trained his daughters to become world-class wrestlers.
