Swipe is an Indian manufacturer of mobile phones which is popular for its low-budget phones. It is much known for its Elite series which offers decent performance with good build quality at a very low price. The latest addition to its family is the Swipe Elite 2 Plus. It has been launched exclusively on Flipkart and has been priced at Rs.4,444. You can pre-order the device from October 21 i.e. today.
Specifications of the Swipe Elite 2 Plus
- The phone comes with a good 5-inches IPS display with a resolution of 854×480 and a pixel density of 196ppi.
- It is powered by a quad-core Spreadtrum SC9830A processor clocked up to 1.5 GHz. This processor is coupled with Mali 400 graphic card.
- In terms of storage, the phone offers 1 GB of RAM along with 8 GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 32 GB with the help of a micro SD card.
- On the camera front, it has a 5 MP camera on the rear with a LED flash along with a 2 MP front shooter. The rear camera is capable of shooting 720p videos at 30fps.
- It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop which is a bit outdated. But at this price, one should be glad that the phone is not running on Gingerbread (Android 2.3) or Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0).
- It has a 2500 mAh battery which will easily last a day, given the specifications of the phone.
- On the communication front, it has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB.
