The Trinamool Congress TMC chief and chief minister of West Bengal, Mamta Banerjee on Wednesday led a march to Rashtrapati Bhawan against the government’s demonetization move saying people have got into the trouble with the decision of PM Modi.

Banerjee was with many leaders of Shiv Sena, National Conference and Aam Aadmi Party in the protest march. The march starts from the Parliament house premises in which the former Jammu and Kashmir chief Minister Omar Abdullah of Nation Conference also joined it.
They have made a plan to give a memorandum to President Pranab Mukherjee over their demands related to revoke the decision taken by the government of abolishment of denomination currency of RS 500 and Rs1000 notes. In the protest around 32MP’s of different parties took participate.
Although earlier a day Shiv Sena’s Rajya Sabha leaders Sanjay Raut cleared that the party is with the BJP, but today most of the leaders from Sena came to take part in the march. The Party MP Anandrao Adsul mentioned that we are not against the demonetization but the way of implementation is not right.

“We are not against the decision but the way it has been implemented. On that we are supporting Trinamool Congress. The decision should have been implemented with proper preparations,” Adsul told IANS
On the other hand, MP Bhagwant Maan, former union minister sultan Ahmed and Shiv Sena MP Arvind Sawant were among those who joined the march. All the parties have united, especially opposition because of the action is taken by the government of scrapping high-value currency notes.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 8 announced in the address to the nation that notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 will not be accepted as legal tender effective from midnight. From that day of his announcement opposition is criticizing the BJP government and decided to united onslaught at the government during the winter session in the Parliament.
